Auto-renewal clause
On a statement: TERM: 36 MO · AUTO-RENEWS 12 MO · 90-DAY WRITTEN NOTICE
The three-year agreement quietly becomes another one-year agreement unless you cancel in writing during a narrow window — commonly 30 to 90 days before the term ends. Miss the window and the termination fee applies for another year. Most owners never see the window because the date isn't printed anywhere they'd look.
What a fair version looks like
No auto-renewal, or renewal to month-to-month. Any renewal that re-triggers a termination fee is a red flag.
What 321 Swipe would do
We put the notice date on a calendar the day we review the statement, and send the cancellation notice on your behalf when it's time.
See it on a statement
This isn't a monthly charge — it appears in the contract terms on our sample statement.

Is this on your statement?
Send it and we'll tell you — along with everything else on there that shouldn't be. A phone photo of the fee page is enough.
